Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during engagements. ApexWebSec treats all client information with strict professional discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexWebSec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ApexWebSecand protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created during engagements are licensed to the client for internal use upon full payment.
